Download & install Notes: Average time to download is 2 to 10 minutes depending your connectionspeed. Download the program.exe file 'such asgiving32.exe' into a directory or folder on your harddrive. Do this by clicking on the highlighted giving32.exe above. You willbe prompted to 'Run this program' or 'Save it to disk'. Youshould choose 'Save it to disk'. It's a good idea to notewhat directoryor folder you are saving the download to, so you can find it later ifyou need to. When the download is completed, the installation or setup program willstartautomatically. If it does not, you can click on your 'Start'button,choose 'Run', type in giving32.exe and then click on the 'Ok'button. Include the directory path from where you saved thefile. For examplethis might be 'c:giving32.exe' or it might be something like'c:downloadsgiving32.exe'. If you had trouble downloading,you are welcometo try the download again. If you are usingWindows 2000 professional orWindows XP professional make sure you install DayCare 2005into the default folder andthat you have administrator rights to your computer. Also, afterinstalling the program,go into 'Company Setup', choose 'More Settings', and put a checkmarkin the 'Windows 2000/XP' field. These settings will insure that DayCare2005will work properly in these new operating systems.

MAPLESOFT ENTERPRISES END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement ('EULA') is a legal agreement
between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Maplesoft
Enterprises for the software product(s) identified below,
which include(s) computer software, 'online' or electronic
documentation, and may include associated media and printed
materials ('SOFTWARE PRODUCT' or 'SOFTWARE').
The name of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are listed as:
MapleSoft Giving
MapleSoft DayCare
MapleSoft Grading Plus
MapleSoft TimeClock
MapleSoft TimeClock Administrator
MapleSoft Payroll
MapleSoft Report Writer
MapleSoft Zip Backup and Email
Parent/Child TimeClock
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree
to the terms of this EULA, promptly return the entire unused SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, including all subscription UPDATES that you may have
received as part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, to the place from which
you obtained it and delete all files related to your software versionof the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
MAPLESOFT ENTERPRISES SOFTWARE LICENSE
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws andtreaties.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. The SOFTWARE
PRODUCT consists of product documentation, a software application, and
support files individually identified as 'COMPONENT' and collectively
referred to herein as 'SOFTWARE'.
GRANT OF LICENSE. MAPLESOFT ENTERPRISES grants to you as an
individual, a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license toinstall
and execute a single instance of the SOFTWARE on a single computer
or on multiple computers provided that there is no chance ofconcurrently
running two or more distinct instances of the SOFTWARE simultaneously
for the purposes of evaluating the performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
for a period of no more than 30 days. If after that time continued useof the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT is desired then the SOFTWARE PRODUCT must
be registered with MAPLESOFT ENTERPRISES and purchased from MAPLESOFT
ENTERPRISES and is subject to the terms and restrictions as laid out in
this SOFTWARE PRODUCT License Agreement. If you are an entity MAPLESOFT
ENTERPRISES grants you the right to appoint an individual within your
organization to use and administer the SOFTWARE subject to the same
restrictions enforced on individual users.
COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
are owned by MAPLESOFT ENTERPRISES The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is
protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.Therefore,
you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted
material except that you may either (a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) install the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the
original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy theprinted
materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
PAYROLL. MAPLESOFT ENTERPRISES will not be held liable for payroll
tax calculations. It is up to individual users to verify payroll tax
calculations. Additional fees may apply for statetax tables. Stateswith specialized
tax tables 'such as a different tax table for each county will not workwith DayCare2005',
unless you only require one county. We can providealternative solutions such asusing the
highest tax percent or the average tax percent. Taxes can bewithheld without taxtables,
by setting up the amount to be withheld in each employee's masterrecord.
If you purchase state tax tables from MapleSoft Enterprises, then thereis
a charge for each state/county table purchased. Check with us forcurrent prices.
THIRD PARTY COMPONENT LICENSING TERMS. Third party utilities,
application programs, and/or components designed to integrate with
MapleSoft Software are subject to the license terms governing those
products.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
permitted by applicable law, notwithstanding this limitation.
GOVERNING LAW. When agreed to in the United States, this agreement shall
be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.When
signed in any other country, this agreement will be interpreted inaccordance
with International Law. In the event any part of this Agreement isinvalidated
by court or legislative action of competent jurisdiction, the remainderof this
Agreement shall remain in binding effect.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, MAPLESOFT ENTERPRISES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
AND ANY WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWAREPRODUCT. THIS LIMITEDWARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS WHICHVARY FROM STATE TOSTATE.
CUSTOMER REMEDIES.
MAPLESOFT ENTERPRISE'S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE. NO LIABILITY FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAPLESOFT ENTERPRISES
BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE
USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF MAPLESOFT
ENTERPRISES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OFLIABILITY FORCONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLYTO YOU.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY. MapleSoft Enterprises allows you touse this softwareproduct for 30 times without purchasing it. Because you areallowed to try thesoftware for 30 times, before purchasing the program, wenormally do not provide arefund.
